KLIKNWORK is a digital gig workforce platform operating as an intermediary, connecting registered employers with independent gig workers for part-time, temporary, and flexible work opportunities.
The app may request Camera, Photos/Storage, Notifications, and Location permissions solely to support core features such as uploading documents, updating profile photos, receiving job notifications, and checking in to location-enabled work assignments. You can manage these permissions at any time through your device settings.
Users may upload resumes, profile photographs, and identity documents. These files are used strictly for recruitment, verification, and workforce management. They are accessible only to authorized employers and necessary KLIKNWORK personnel.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. As an intermediary platform, information may be shared with: (a) employers you apply to or work with; (b) trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, and notification providers); (c) government authorities when legally required; and (d) relevant entities to protect our legal rights, enforce our policies, or prevent fraud.
KLIKNWORK may use trusted third-party services such as Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics, Google Cloud, or similar providers. These providers process information securely according to their own privacy policies.
We implement encryption in transit, secure authentication, role-based access controls, and industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal and statutory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Data is securely deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
